Privacy policy

We keep wellness data intentional, limited, and protected.

MVP policy draft. Last updated July 5, 2026.

This page explains the privacy approach StillPath is being built around. It is written for launch planning and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public release.

Information We Collect

StillPath may collect account details, onboarding answers, mood check-ins, session preferences, favorites, listening progress, uploaded admin content, payment status, and basic device or usage information needed to operate the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to personalize meditation recommendations, save your library and progress, provide support, secure the service, process subscriptions, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.

Sensitive Wellness Data

Mood, stress, sleep, habit, smoking, or vaping answers can be sensitive. We only ask for information that supports the app experience, and these features are intended for wellness and relaxation, not medical care.

Canadian Privacy Principles

For Canadian users, StillPath is designed around consent, limited collection, appropriate safeguards, accuracy, retention limits, and access or deletion rights consistent with PIPEDA-style privacy principles.

Third-Party Services

The app may use providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, AI providers, audio processing tools, analytics, or email services. These providers only receive the information needed to provide their services.

Your Choices

You can update your profile, choose what you share in onboarding, unsubscribe from non-essential messages, and request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
