Editorial policy

Useful guidance starts with clear standards.

Last updated August 17, 2026.

This policy explains how StillPath develops meditation and wellness education. Our goal is to publish content that is practical, transparent about its limits, and grounded in reputable information.

Purpose and audience

We create practical meditation education for a general audience, especially beginners. Articles should answer the stated question directly, explain unfamiliar terms, and offer steps a reader can adapt safely and comfortably.

Research and sources

For health-adjacent statements, we prefer current first-party or expert-reviewed sources from government health agencies, recognized healthcare organizations, and established educational institutions. Sources materially supporting an article are listed on that page.

Wellness, not medical advice

Meditation can be discussed as a general wellness practice, but we do not claim it diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a condition. We identify relevant limitations and encourage qualified professional help when a reader’s symptoms, distress, or safety require it.

Writing and review

Content is written and edited by the StillPath Editorial Team. We review for clarity, internal consistency, source support, responsible language, accessibility, and alignment with the actual product experience before publication.

Updates and corrections

Guide pages display an updated date. We revise content when reliable guidance changes, a source becomes unavailable, or we identify a material error. Substantive corrections should be made promptly rather than silently preserving information known to be inaccurate.

Independence and commercial content

Educational guidance should remain useful whether or not a reader creates an account. Product links may help readers find relevant StillPath sessions, but they do not determine the conclusions or source selection in an article. We do not publish paid rankings disguised as editorial recommendations.

AI-assisted work

Software tools, including AI, may assist with drafting, organization, or quality checks. Published content remains subject to human-directed editorial standards, source verification, and final accountability by the StillPath team.

Questions or corrections

If you notice a possible error, source problem, or unclear health-related statement, please contact the site team through the support channel associated with your account. Include the page address and the passage you are concerned about.
